What Our Students Say:
Cherryl V.
It was more than I expected! I am a newbie on sewing. She helped me set up my sewing machine and at the end of the class I was able to hem my work pants. I am really really happy I took the class. Thanks Elizabeth!

Elizabeth is an incredible couture sewist and teacher. I'm working with her as an absolute novice and am learning so much so quickly. I show up to our sessions with found clothing of all sorts that need big alterations and thrifted patterns, and she's been able to show me how to work with everything. We've just started to approach fitting, and I've been starting to build an understanding of function in relation to form and fit. Elizabeth has an incredible attention to detail, is very thoughtful and intentional in her work, and is very generous in how she shares her tools, space, and know-how. I look forward to continuing!

Elizabeth got a really good idea of what I am interested in :) She opened a wonderful world of possibilities. Her blogging is extremely informative and I am clearly lucky to have stumbled upon someone with so much knowledge who is also a good teacher. Excited!
